Ticketor Announces AI Tools for Event Creation, Seating Charts and Marketing
New capabilities bring event setup, editable seating charts, branded content, artwork, newsletters and chargeback response preparation into one ticketing workflow.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LOS ANGELES, October 20, 2026 — Ticketor, the white-label online ticketing and box-office platform, today announced a suite of AI-assisted tools designed to help event organizers move from an idea to a ticketed event and the marketing materials that support it. The capabilities extend across conversational event creation, seating chart design, descriptions, flyers and product images, website content, newsletter templates and chargeback responses.
The announcement brings AI into work that event teams already do inside Ticketor. Instead of starting with an empty form or a blank content editor, an organizer can describe the task in ordinary language and use the relevant event information, brand settings or transaction records as context. The resulting details, layouts and drafts remain editable through Ticketor's regular tools.
From an event idea to a ticketing setup
Ticketor's AI event creator accepts typed or spoken instructions and helps organize the event's title, venue, date, duration, ticket options and schedule. Organizers can begin with a short idea or provide a detailed brief, then develop the event while a preview takes shape.
The workflow supports general admission and assigned seating, with recurring schedules where needed. Once the necessary details are collected, the organizer can create the event or continue in the manual editor to complete and refine the setup.
For example, a fundraiser could start with a brief such as: “Create a gala on November 14 at 7 PM, with 16 round tables of 10 seats and the stage at the bottom.” The same event can then supply context for its description, artwork and announcement.
Editable seating charts from a description, PDF or image
The AI seating chart designer gives venues a starting point for building a new chart. Organizers can describe tables, rows, sections, seats, aisles and stage placement, or upload a clear seating-chart PDF or image for analysis.
The result is an editable Ticketor seating chart, rather than a flat picture of a room. Chart changes save to the venue. Organizers can open the visual designer to verify and fine-tune the layout, then assign ticket prices to the appropriate seats, rows, tables or sections. Existing seating charts continue to use the manual designer for refinements.
Branded writing, artwork and marketing design
The AI tools also address the content needed to present and promote an event:
- Descriptions and copy: Draft or polish text using the current item information, existing content and the organizer's instructions. Supported uses include events, seasons, packages, bookings, merchandise and gift cards.
- Flyers and product images: Generate artwork from a creative brief with item details and website colors as context, or upload finished artwork for use as supplied.
- Website page design: Turn instructions or existing content into responsive page layouts using brand colors and Ticketor's standard styling in supported HTML editors.
- Newsletter templates: Develop email-friendly layouts using website colors while preserving existing personalization tags. Organizers can preview, edit and save before sending through the usual mailing-list workflow.
AI-generated text appears in the familiar rich-text editor. Organizers can continue editing or restore the original content with Undo AI changes, including after multiple AI revisions.
Chargeback responses grounded in available records
Ticketor's AI-assisted chargeback workflow starts with the dispute notice received by the merchant and the merchant's explanation. It matches the situation to an available system response template, fills the template with supported purchase and customer records, and customizes the narrative around the supplied information.
Depending on the template and available records, the response can draw on invoice information, ticket records, recorded admission scans and relevant policies. Missing case details are identified for completion. The merchant can edit the response before submitting it with the required supporting evidence through the payment processor's dispute process.
Part of the organizer's existing platform
The AI capabilities sit alongside Ticketor's branded ticketing websites, online and box-office sales, interactive seat selection, payments, marketing tools, customer management and ticket check-in. Organizers can use AI for a specific task and continue through the same editing and operational tools used to run their events.
